Go to Settings and select it. You can reinstall Windows by selecting Remove everything and replacing it with another program on the left side of the screen. You can either choose to remove all files from your drive completely or just remove my files to do a quick deletion.

You can either keep your files, remove everything, or restore factory settings from the following screen. When your PC is reset to factory settings, the hard drive is completely erased, and all business, financial, and personal files on the computer are lost.

It is impossible to interrupt the resetting process once it has started. There is no way to do it. Your hard disk is erased when you perform a reset. Prior to starting, make a backup of your data if you think you might want to undo the reset. You can completely reset your PC if you want to recycle it, give it away, or start over.

Windows is reinstalled after this process removes everything. After the reset has been completed, the first item will be selected.
