One touch setup button

This guide saved me lot of time. Wasted couple of days Poly support and they had no idea what was wrong. Will my client need to move to OTD Cloud for modern authentication? A single identity can only administer a single OTD tenant, but that tenant can support multiple domains.

Resource mailboxes in any of those domains can be used in OTD with the same tenant. The Poly-to-O tenancy mapping is Thanks Jeff, will review adding the domains within the PCS. This will work for most of our subsidiary companies, but I have a few companies within the same O tenant, that want to manage their own OTD, just wanted to confirm I cannot create more than one OTD per O tenant.

Many thanks. Any other tenants you want to manage will need to provide you with an account in their tenant. Of all the information I have been able to collect on the NET, yours are probably the most relevant. I am writing to you because it is impossible for us to connect to otd. This is simply to insure that you are correctly onboarded into the service and it appears this was not included by your reseller.

Once your domain is enabled in our service you can follow the steps in this article to get the Studio X setup and working with any supported meetings Zoom, WebEx, etc. One Touch Dial simply lets you simply places calls into various meetings services using a calendar invite, but you can only successfully connect that call if the different services allow it.

I sold and we bought it! I never imagined having to dive into PowerShell, add a few licenses to our account teams. Actually, I feel incapable of redoing a setup from scratch after testing everything all over the place.

Your article on OTD has given me a lot of progress, but while I have been able to achieve convincing results, it is not working properly. I still cannot retrieve the appointments of the user group login as a service or all users login as an application.

Apart from the RealConnect subscription, will it be necessary to subscribe to an additional service for correct operation in multi-poly mode? The Cloud Relay is only for use with Cisco video endpoints, you should not be deploying that VM if you are using a Poly video system. It is unclear to me which mode you are attempting to run the Studio in SIP mode with Interop or Native Teams mode as you are performing setup steps for both of them, which is not correct.

I started reading your blogs on Poly devices and they are in-depth and provide clear understanding on setup. I am just wondering, if you could assist here. We have migrated the resource mailbox from exchange on-prem to ExchangeOnline O , we are now facing issues with auto-registration with resource mailbox on Poly Group Series Please check your credentials and try again. It is likely that Basic Authentication has been disabled in Exchange Online in your Microsoft tenant, either by them or your own administrators.

Hi Jeff, thank for for the detailed information. Currently we use the application model but have not yet restricted the access to only specific room mailboxes.

In the azure ad sign in logs we have massive sign ins from the OTD application. It looks like the OTD service will authenticate to graph api every minute for every mailbox.

Is there any chance to reduce the sign ins? This will increase the costs in Azure. Most of the endpoints will refresh their calendar data every few minutes and when they do the service will access the target mailbox, hence the connections you see in your tenant. There is no way to modify the hardcoded behavior controlling how often the endpoints update their calendars.

Device is G Make sure that is set for the room account. OTD requires the comments in the email to parse the invite correctly. Name required. Mail will not be published required. Follow jdscher. As a Service Account — uses proxy authentication with a dedicated service account through an Azure Enterprise Application.

The following tables show the situations in which the Hybrid Calendar Service can provide OBTP to either premises or cloud-registered endpoints, depending on the calendar integration. Mar 2, view s 19 people thought this was helpful. Table 1. Webex room devices must have email addresses that match the Google room resource format, resource.

If your room device email format uses a domain prefix, you must verify the domain in the prefix. For example, verify company. Newer resource email addresses may not include a domain prefix, as in the following example:. This can happen in one of the following ways:. The users on your Webex site have been Cisco Webex linked.

Users associate their Personal Room with Cisco Webex for themselves. Do this task for the test user account that you'll use to verify the setup, to check whether the Personal Room association needs to be added. Go to Meetings. If the link was missing, have users who will schedule meetings that include room or desk devices or boards associate their Personal Rooms with the Webex app for themselves. Click Rooms , and choose the device you want to add.

Fill out other meeting information as needed, and then click Save. When the meeting is scheduled to begin, verify that the Join button appears on the device. The following diagram illustrates how the Hybrid Calendar Service interacts with Cisco TMS and the calendar system to provide the Join button for a meeting that is hosted by on-premises conference bridge resources.

The organizer creates a meeting in Google Calendar and then adds meet in the Location field. The organizer invites users and video devices from the Google Calendar directory. Google Calendar sends a notification to the Hybrid Calendar Service.

The Hybrid Calendar Service requests and receives the encryption key, and then uses it to encrypt the meeting information. The Cisco TMS creates the meeting on the on-premises conference bridge and sends the join details back to the Calendar Connector.

The connector updates the meeting invitation with the join details that are provided by Cisco TMS, and the updated join details appear when invitees view the meeting in Google Calendar. A valid CA-signed server certificate must be installed. This integration does not support self-signed certificates.

If you are not currently using the option key, you can use it with the Hybrid Calendar Service integration. If you are using the option key with Cisco TMSXE, contact your partner or sales team to request a second option key or set of keys for the Hybrid Calendar Service integration. If you plan to migrate from Cisco TMSXE within a short period of time, you can request a 90 day trial, and then reuse your original option key s once the migration to the Hybrid Calendar Service is complete.

On-premises conference bridge resources, if used for this integration, must be configured Cisco Meeting Server recommended. Users' time zones in Cisco TMS must match their time zones in the calendar system. Download from software. We recommend the latest release of Expressway for connector host purposes. We currently support only a single Expressway node dedicated to hosting this integration. The node must not be running any other hybrid service connectors. Also, this node must be the only Calendar Connector host in your Cisco Webex organization.

If you've already got the service running, proceed with these instructions to add OBTP for premises-registered devices. Record presentations, lectures and more in the studio. Preview your recordings and choose just what you need. Save to the cloud via Kaltura or locally to a USB drive. Thank you for your interest in One Button Studio.
