I have been through all the troubleshooting and nothing helps. Thanks again. However, my laptop has built-in bluetooth and so I wanted to try and connect the keyboard and mouse without the USB receiver. However, my laptop can't even find the keyboard and mouse when I do a bluetooth device search.

So my question: is it possibly to connect this keyboard and mouse using my laptop's built-in bluetooth? And if so, how would I go about doing that? Thanks in advance.
